Simple Banking Rewarding System
The Creativity & Innovation Project focused on improving the experience of waiting in long temple queues, which are often exhausting and monotonous for devotees. Beginning with observations of a temple setting, the team analyzed user activities, environments, objects, and interactions using the AEIOU framework. India sees over 200 million annual temple visitors, with major shrines like Tirupati and Vaishno Devi hosting 30–40 million pilgrims yearly and wait times of 30 minutes to 6 hours. This project transforms waiting through interactive toys, digital storytelling, and AR guides, enhancing visitor engagement, cultural learning, and tourism experience.
