“Campus Companion” is a user-centric mobile application aimed at addressing the daily challenges faced by students on campus. Through surveys, storyboards, and Kano analysis, the app integrates features like event updates, shuttle tracking, sports facility management, AI assistance, virtual ID cards, lost & found reporting, and peer-to-peer learning. By consolidating administrative services, navigation, mess menus, and emergency support into a single platform, it improves efficiency, ensures timely communication, and creates a supportive, engaging environment for students, hostellers, and faculty alike.
The app centralizes 13 key campus services, improving accessibility, engagement, and student satisfaction, while reducing delays in administrative processes and enhancing campus life. as 92.6% of students want peer-learning opportunities; 70.4% have missed sports due to unavailable courts; 51.9% rely on peers or social media for updates.
